How Teaming Hub handles the personal data you share with us.
Who we are
Teaming Hub SAS is the data controller for personal data collected through teaming-hub.com. Registered office: 6 rue Sorbier, 75020 Paris, France. SIREN: 103 772 000. For any question about your data, write to hello@teaming-hub.com.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your full name, email address, company, role and the message you choose to send. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
Why we use it
We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a Diagnostic conversation and, if we work together, prepare and manage that engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is read by the three Teaming Hub partners. We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site and our email: Framer (website hosting), Formspree (contact form handling) and Google Workspace (email). They process data on our behalf under data processing terms. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Embedded videos
Some pages include YouTube videos. YouTube (Google) may set cookies or collect data when you play a video. Their use is governed by Google's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to three years after our last contact with you, unless we enter into a working relationship, in which case we keep the data needed for that relationship and our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@teaming-hub.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
